 There has been a video that popped up online a couple of days online that supposedly confirms previous reports of Zune running Linux. This could be a major step in bring the Zune to a new level by users. It would mean that the individual has been successful with using the Linux BSP or the individual has a simpler linux kernal.Â
 However, some of these people have confirmed that this video is possibly a fake. Well just like Chicago and Atlanta, there was the Zune Launch Party in LA (if losing track of these events, check here) and the band to be the spotlight at this event was non other then the Red Hot Chili Peppers. The event took place at Roxy Theater on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles with thanks to ZuneSphere.com for coverage of the event.

This is a little package being handed out by Microsoft employees to people at the LA event. Inside the record sized packages were two CDs full of songs, a couple of LPs, and some Zune related art materials.
